Colleen Phelan is Vice President of Brand Strategy and Customer Experience of Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company. She is responsible for identifying and designing new ways to improve the overall customer experience for consumers and Travel Advisors.
She joined Delta Vacations in 2015 as Director of Marketing Services but was promoted to her current role as Vice President of Brand Strategy and Customer Experience in July 2022, adding customer experience, brand strategy, business-to-business marketing and public relations.
Colleen has more than 25 years of experience in the B2B and consumer marketing space. Prior to joining Delta Vacations, she spent 15 years in Chicago at several B2B and consumer marketing firms and advertising agencies. Her experience has touched a variety of brands including Jones Lang LaSalle, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and the Atlanta Hawks.
She is an active mentor at Cool Girls, Inc., an organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of at-risk girls in Atlanta. She also volunteers at the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Colleen is a native of Atlanta and received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Advertising from The University of Georgia. She is a proud wife and mother to her two girls.
